Policies

Every item is printed on demand for your order — nothing is pre-stocked. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and shipping time is added on top of that once the item leaves the print facility.

Shipping is included in the listed price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Those are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price.

Because each item is made for you individually, we can't restock returns. That shapes the policy below.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items: fully covered. Email hello@pipelinebreakz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to ship the item back.

Wrong item received: same as above — replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.

Wrong size ordered, or changed your mind: we can't offer a free return, since the item can't be resold. Please check the size options before ordering. If something genuinely doesn't work, email us — we'd rather hear about it than lose you, and we'll do what we reasonably can.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 15 business days (30 for international), contact us and we'll replace the order.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they enter production — usually a short window, so email us immediately if you need to.

We collect only what's needed to sell and ship you a shirt: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. If you join the mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

We never see your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information goes directly to them.

We share your information only with the services that make an order happen:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Printful — printing and shipping; receives your name and shipping address
• Supabase and Cloudflare — order records and site hosting

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — email hello@pipelinebreakz.com. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to remember your cart and complete checkout.

By ordering from pipelinebreakz.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by PopCulture Provisions LLC.

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices or retire designs at any time; the price shown when you order is the price you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

All artwork, the BONES character, and the Pipeline Breakz name are our original property. Our designs are original commentary and parody. We do not use, and are not affiliated with, any sports league, team, or player — no team names, player names, or official logos appear on our products.

Product photos are mockups. Slight variation in print placement and color is normal for printed apparel and is not considered a defect.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
